BACH FLOWER REMEDIES
We offer the whole range of Bach Flower Courses from Introductory Level, through Advanced to the full Practitioners Course.
These courses are regularly held in Ipswich, Suffolk and in Bournemouth, Dorset. See below for dates and details.
We also run a course in the Bach Flowers specifically for Homeopaths in London each year.
Other workshops for Homoeopaths, and seminars or courses of specific interest (such as Working with Survivors of Abuse) can also be arranged on demand.

Bach Introductory Seminar - Level One
This is the first seminar on your journey with the Bach Flowers. During the two days we will cover all the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and Rescue Remedy; how to use them and an introduction to Dr. Bach's philosophy about health and disease.
The seminar will equip you to use the remedies safely and effectively for yourself and with friends and family. All people with an interest in the remedies are welcome and on completion you will be able to go on to the advanced workshop if you choose. The seminar will be professional, relaxed and friendly with an emphasis on open communication and sharing so that you really extend your knowledge of the remedies.

Bach Advanced Workshop - Level Two
This workshop aims to develop the knowledge about the Bach Flower Remedies gained at the introductory level.
During the two days of the course we will offer a deeper understanding of the subtleties and the great potential of using the Bach Flower Remedies according to Dr. Bach's philosophy of disease and healing. There will be interactive sessions within a friendly and supportive atmosphere so that we can develop our own personal connection with the remedies.
This workshop is open to anyone who has already followed Level One at a Seminar or as a Distance Learning Programme with the Bach Centre.

Bach Practitioner Course - (Level Three)
This is for those people who wish to take their interest in the Bach Flowers further after completing Levels One and Two, and become registered as a Practitioner with the Dr. Edward Bach Foundation. The course is held over four days with a written assessment held on the fourth day.
As well as revising our indepth knowledge of the Bach Remedies we will cover consultation skills; the art of listening; professional boundaries; philosophy; legal and practical details of setting up a practice; the Code of Practice and exercises to encourage personal development within a professional context.
To complete your studies and register with the Dr. Edward Bach Foundation you will follow the course with more study in correspondence with the Bach Centre. This work will include essays and case studies, with full tutor support. The cost of the initial course covers the whole of your training. The final written study may take between six and eighteen months to complete after the course, dependent on your own circumstances.

BFG Meetings We get together regularly for an informal meeting in Ipswich and in Bournemouth The group open to anyone interested in the remedies, who would like an opportunity to talk about them with others who share the same passion. The meetings are informal and take place every three months or so. No charge, but donations to charity in recognition of the refreshments are welcome. Please contact us for venue details.
The BFG stands for "Bach Friendly Group" and you are very welcome to join us, either in Ipswich or Bournemouth, to share our enthusiasm for the Bach Flower Remedies.

Bach Flowers for Homoeopaths
Day One covers the 38 remedies; Dr. Bach's Philosophy; comparisons with Homeopathic Philosophy; dosage; preparation; when to use Bach remedies in a Homeopathic case; Rescue Remedy and Rescue Cream.
The gap between days one and two gives you a chance to consolidate what you have learned.
Day Two covers Type and Mood remedies; remedy comparisons and subtle indications; finding solutions to emotional blocks to cure; personal development; more philosophy and opportunities to expand the use of the "Mentals" rubrics.
Day Three uses case examples, video cases and participants own cases to clarify and extend the use of the Bach remedies in a Homeopathic practice.
Whether you are a practising homeopath looking to expand the service you offer your patients or a student wanting to support family and friends in a safe and effective way, this course can add an extra dimension to your practice.

Workshop for Bach Practitioners A one day workshop for all Bach Practitioners and those who are working through the Level 3 - to offer one another support, to learn from each other's ideas and to work through some case studies.
The fee for the day includes drinks and a two course lunch. This is an opportunity for continuing professional development and to meet more "Bach" friends.
