Bach Flowers Introductory
Level 1 Course

This is the first level of the series of courses about the Bach flowers and we cover all of the remedies, including Dr Bach's crisis mix (often called Rescue Remedy), how to use the remedies, some of Dr Bach's history, his philosophy of healing and you will also have the opportunity to choose a personal mix of remedies. The course is friendly, supportive and interactive - and we have a lot to cover! Afterwards you will be able to use the remedies more effectively for yourself and with family and friends. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance showing the course is approved by the Bach Centre. Anyone with an interest in the remedies is welcome to attend and you can then choose to go on to the Level 2 if you want to know even more.

Tessa loves working with people who are keen to learn more about Dr Bach's flower remedies and so has organised these courses regularly for over 25 years. If you are interested in learning more about the flower remedies, please email Tessa. If there is a group of you who would like to arrange a course, Tessa will be pleased to discuss options. We can arrange courses online as well as in person.

Contact Tessa for more details on tessa@tessajordan.co.uk.

The next Level 1 course will be offered online via Zoom over three days – Thursday 19th March 2026 (from 14.00 to 17.00), Friday 20th (from 10.00 to 17.00) and then Saturday 21st March (from 10.00 to 13.00) – all UK times. We will cover all the remedies, how they are made, some history and the philosophy of Dr Bach, have a chance to work through some exercises and case studies, and experience the effect of the remedies ourselves too. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask your own questions and to get to know more about Dr Bach’s system of healing. The course fee is £230, which covers all the materials and a certificate to show the course is approved by the Bach Centre.

If these dates don’t work for you, you may like to do the equivalent course by distance learning. Contact the Bach Centre on www.bachcentre.com - 01491 834678 to enrol in the Distance Learning Programme. You can request Tessa as your mentor, and she will be happy to accompany you through the Programme of five lessons which are sent to you as you work through them. Your mentor will give personal feedback and support.
